strawberry Berry Power Burst

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blackberries
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1 sliced apple
  • 3-5 ice cubes
  • 1 scoop chocolate undenatured protein powder
  • Mix together in a blender until smooth.

Flat Tummy- lime-strawberry-a Flat Tummy Water (Lime & Strawberry)

  • 6 Cups, Filtered Water (or Distilled)
  • 1 Tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 Cucumber, sliced
  • 1 Lemon sliced (add slices of lime if prefered)
  • 1/3 Cup of mint leaves
  • 5-6 Strawberries, sliced (optional)

Let the mixture infuse overnight, while in the refrigerator and then drink throughout the day.

stra Strawberry Boost

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup frozen peaches
  • 3-5 ice cubes
  • 1 scoop of vanilla undenatured protein powder
  • Mix together in a blender until smooth.

carrot, grapefruit smoothie Real Pick Me Up!

  • 2 small carrots, peeled and finely grated
  • 1 ruby red grapefruit, peeled and cut into quarters
  • 1 c. frozen mango
  • 2-3 ice cubes
  • 1 scoop of vanilla undenatured protein powder
  • Mix together in a blender until smooth.
